When you send a form on this site, we get what you typed: your name, mobile number and address, plus your email and message if you add them. The ballpark tool also sends the lot size, the services you picked and the price range it showed you.

When you text or call, we get your number, the same as anyone you text.

We use it to text you back, come look at the yard and give you a price. If you become a customer, we keep your address and what we did so we can do it right next time.

Your request is emailed to Chris and Blake, and to the person who looks after this website. The site runs on Vercel and the email goes out through Resend, so their systems carry it on the way.

We do not sell it, trade it or hand it to anyone for marketing.

We reply by text from Blake's phone. If you would rather we stop, reply STOP or just tell us, and we will.

This site does not use tracking cookies or ads.

Ask us by text or email and we will delete your request.
